We have had a busy half term and the whole of the Magic Ponies team enjoyed all the celebrations for the Platinum Jubilee. The ponies attended some wonderful street parties and events and with all the music, flags and fun going on they didn’t bat an eyelid and made sure all the children enjoyed their magical pony rides. They even became little celebrities and had queues of people just wanting a cuddle…..which they all absolutely loved!
Lara attended Ashtead Common with the Magic Ponies and as this is always such a success and so local to where the ponies and Lara’s home is, they are going to be continuing offering pony rides up and down the common from June onwards. Be sure to come and visit and keep an eye on the BLOGS for any fun competitions we will have at the common rides, like best fancy dress, where you can take home a mini magic ponies prize.
Being based at Pacesham Equestrian Centre, the ponies have been watching all the equestrian events taking place on site. Magic Ponies will soon be offering cross country tours on pony back so the children can understand and learn about an equestrian discipline, whilst enjoying a tour on one of the ponies. What equestrian sports do you think each of the ponies would do? We think Sox would love to be a showjumper, Doodles would be an eventer and Merla would love to be a dressage pony! Dexter on the other hand would probably just sleep or eat but would make a good mascot!
